The DFW metroplex is HUGE! There are many developers and realtors with off-market listings we can work with to find your lot. If you already own your lot - that saves you a lot of time and hassle!

Once we have met, decided to work together and have a lot to build on, we can sit down with the architect and get to the drawing board. At this point we will iron out floor plan, elevations, designs and finishes!

After the plans are done, we can get you an accurate budget on your dream home. I will be transparent with costs and set the expectations about the process.

As the plans and budget are set, we will begin the permitting process of your home. At this time we will meet in-person and discuss communication channels, timelines and confirm there are no adjustments you'd like to make before construction begins.

Woohoo! The permit has been approved and we start moving dirt on your home. The construction has begun and the clock is ticking to get you moved into your expertly crafted dream home! This is where the tight quality control on construction begins and doesn't end until you and your family are settled in.

As the construction has started we ensure the crews have a constant sense of urgency and respect for your home. That includes cleaning up after themselves and treating your home like it's their own. Paying attention to detail is extremely important. We will communicate transparently throughout the process and provide daily construction updates!

Daily job walks and the use of checklists will ensure that we do not miss anything on your new home. We want to make sure you are satisfied with the process from start to finish and these daily job walks are crucial to quality assurance. As the process gets close to an end, we will walk the home for any imperfections and items you would like adjusted before move-in!

Your dream home is complete! You and your family are getting settled into daily life in your new home. Our relationship is not done yet! We will be there for any warranty items you notice that need to be addressed. Our QA walks are done to make sure warranty items are limited, but if something comes up, we will be there to fix it!
