Fenview Homes is named after the street I grew up on, Fenview Drive in Barrington, Illinois. I wanted to pay homage to my roots. Growing up, we were instilled the importance of hard work, respect, communication, transparency and honesty. All qualities that make Fenview Homes different. For so long, I have felt the homebuilding industry has operated by communicating with clients on a need-to-know basis. "Let the pros handle it" you'll hear builders say. The lack of communication, transparency and honesty from homebuilders has caused so much unnecessary stress to their clients. I cannot stand it. I want to treat my clients the way I would like to be treated. That is why I came up with "The Fenview Way"; to provide every client with transparency, communication and honesty. I firmly believe that being an honest person and communicating transparently is not only a requirement as a homebuilder, but also in life.
